Consent/Negotiation Agreement
This Good Faith Photographic Consent/Negotiation Agreement is for models who wish to remain semi-anonymous, and not share their legal name. This agreement is not a legally-binding model release, and instead is similar to an informal BDSM scene negotiation.
This is a casual agreement to show consent and good faith between Reify Joie and the below-named Model. Reify Joie may publish images from the scene for which this agreement has been executed in exchange for processed/watermarked, high-resolution images being made available to the Model for personal, Social Media, Website profile, and/or Website portfolio use.
Images may not be immediately available, and will be provided for download in high-resolution JPG format on a later date, once processed. To assure privacy, images will be cropped or edited per below preferences.
